ended in a series of crashes in the mission district. the california highway patrol noticed the suspect driving under the influence. authorities chased her as she drove on to city streets. hit a parked car and that car then hit a man who was walking with his bicycle. the woman continued to drive and then hit another parked car. and that crash stopped her car and that is when she was taken into custody. >> she was injured in the collision. minor. and taken to the hospital. and once she was cleared she was booked into the county jail. >> the suspect is cerena barros, the chp says she has several arrests for bui. cal-osha is investigating the death of a man who was crushed by a fork lift about 9:30 a.m.

this morning at sierra -- over super lynx plastic. workers were lifting one fork lift with another when it fell and crushed a worker. the victim was a 34-year-old man from oakland. cal-osha investigated them twice last year, one for two minor violations and another a worker sprained his ankle. judge made it official today, the solyndra plant will be sold to seigate technology for $90 million. they will use the facility for their operations. no additional details was given. president obama called solyndra a model of green technology and then went bankrupt later. new health concerns about another type of energy product, this time it is the 5-hour energy which comes in a shot

squad. officers rushed to the apartments after 9:00 p.m. last night after a call about a shooting. officers found a man who was dead from a gun shot wound and they also found a suspicious object. it was not an explosive device. the name of the man who was killed is with held. a hiker died after falling from a rock in the berkeley hills. the body was found on berkeley property. he was hiking with friends. they called officers when he went missing. police found the body. the investigation continues. they had been drinking earlier. the victim was in his mid-20s. slighterns can growing in the -- slight concerns are growing in the daly city neighborhood after a mudslide and new information on the calm

steady flow of water sent mud into the street. burring cars. some are still caked today. the job of city crews today was shoring up the slide area. >> all the debris stays here because we have the pending rains coming. >> the goal is to stop more mud from flowing into the neighborhood this weekend. the mud was topped with erosion netting, hey. here is what they were able to do in 36 hours and that is dig this channel so any rain that falls this weekend should be trapped here and stay out of the park and the neighborhood. he is confident the steps will be enough to stop anymore damage from the rain expected in the coming days. >> we will be monitoring, have crews assigned to make sure it

we were in oakland at 2:00 p.m. and production continued. in jeopardy brands that may stop being produced because of a stalemate between management and workers. >> reporter: workers at this bakery in oakland say they joined bakers at 26 other plants nationwide on strike after a judge imposed a contract with too many take away. they say it is necessary to stay in business. leaders say the company has been mismanaged and now workers are being asked to sacrifice too month. he worked here for 28 years says 92% voted to walk out saying enough is enough. >> they are trying to make a profit by taking away from the worker's wages, not by sales or improvements in the product.
